Microsolutions’ Personal Data Policy
In general
When using our website, the following types of information are collected: Technical information about your computer or device, IP number, unique ID, geographical location and a registration of which pages you visit. See our cookie policy here.
To the extent that you explicitly give consent to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, company, telephone number, job title, e-mail and interests.
The information is used to show you relevant content and to provide the services you request, including attending a seminar, receiving information about a service or sending a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to constantly improve the way we display our content.
Our web pages may contain links to other web pages. Microsolutions is not responsible for the content of any third party websites.
Other data
In some cases, we also collect other information that can be attributed to you. This may be information in connection with applying for a position or information about you by virtue of your position in the company you work for. This includes information on persons employed by our customers, suppliers and potential customers.
The information that can be attributed to you as a person includes name, name of the company you work for, job title and possibly email and phone number. This type of data is collected on the basis of administrative purposes, with a view to fulfilling agreements with Microsolutions, responding to requests in relation to Microsolutions’ services or communicating relevant information and content by telephone or by mail.
The above information may in some cases be collected through personal contact, or from publicly available databases, including CVR, Bisnode or LinkedIn. This information can be used to establish direct contact with potential customers or to support an already established customer relationship.
Period of Storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Job Applications
Personal data that we receive in connection with job postings is treated confidentially. Applications for jobs will be deleted upon filling the vacancy or after 3 months. If data is retained, it will only be done by prior and explicit agreement with you.
Disclosure of Information
We use a number of third parties for the storage and processing of data. These process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you explicitly consent to it.
Access and Complaints
You have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you. You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for the processing of your data. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
Withdrawal of your consent does not change the legality of the processing of information before the consent is withdrawn.
